Excellent interactive session. Simple, useful information that we can apply in our clinical practice. Karen was an excellent speaker.
Sam is very knowledgeable and very engaging with the group. She makes it very interesting keeping everyone involved with various role playing instances.

The course was well formatted, at first I anticipated an entire day training feeling long but it didn't, great amount of slides vs breakout rooms etc content was very interesting and easily applicable to role. Sam is really great at what she does, engaging, makes this fun, personable, develops areas well
Excellent course content. Give the heads up at the beginning that we had work to do and encouraged us to switch off our day and lean in. Got time to apply what we were learning to something that we are doing!
Very thought provoking. It gave me lots of ideas on how to be more curious and also to have confidence to ask questions, but to be mindful of how to ask those questions to ensure that I'm always being inclusive. It also highlighted the importance of taking time to ask questions to build and reinforce relationships with colleagues.
One of the best courses Ive been on in the workplace. A great trainer full of knowledge. Got a lot from us without it being forced or "cringy"/
