Interesting course on communication with virtual team. Had hoped for more technical tips on using Teams, as have already run a lot of virtual meetings.
Good trainer who was very thorough. Not sure it had to be as long as it was but appreciated the breakout rooms and engaging with staff I don’t usually engage with.
Claire was engaging and made the subject matter really enjoyable. I felt really welcomed and look forward to the next session
