Good structure and coverage of important aspects on the topic. Engaging
It was a good group size and allowed for discussion and sharing of ideas. the session was well-paced and Sam was responsive to the needs and energy of the group. The content was accessible and we had a chance to put it into context through the activities. Sam is a great presenter, engaging, supportive, patient and well-prepared.
It was very useful course and interactive session. Trainer was very nice and built very good rapport with all participants and thoroughly enjoyed the session.
Interesting course on communication with virtual team. Had hoped for more technical tips on using Teams, as have already run a lot of virtual meetings.
Good trainer who was very thorough. Not sure it had to be as long as it was but appreciated the breakout rooms and engaging with staff I don’t usually engage with.
