It’s always important to remind people that we are all equal

I particularly enjoyed the last 2 sessions as I felt them more relevant to myself personally. I think as a collective we displayed that we are pretty happy within our roles and feel we are treated fairly. However for many companies and industries this probably isn’t the case and therefore would be far more relatable. Thank you both for your time, patience and expertise

I wish everyone that registered attended, it will have given opportunity for more engagement in breakout session. But still everyone contribution was great.

Some real good thought provoking elements to sales which perhaps isn’t explored or implemented.

Motivation is a tricky topic.thought provoking

Good to consolidate what we already know and think about improvements and new techniques

I feel the course has been very helpful and has given me a lot to think about how I approach my team in one to one’s For me I do struggle to engage with the class with meetings via zoom or teams.
