Very professional and instructive

Great day , found it useful to apply to lots of different situations , reinforced the good practice I already use in conversations with parents and staff and learnt new skills and techniques to improve the way I handle situations

Very useful and definitely needed in practice as past experience, it would have been more helpful in those situations. It makes all the staff on the same page when needed to do any restraints.

Thorough and informative course. Well educated and experienced trainers. The trainer's were respectful and asked for consent when it came to physical contact. It would have been nice to have the breaks outlined at the start of the day. Otherwise, very enjoyable course.

Course was very good . It was very helpful with the new skills that I learned today. Very effectively to practice on my own ward with the patient and I feel confident using them.
