Very interesting however used too much paper, should be on whiteboards!!

The course was really informative and well thought out. Crystal was an exceptional trainer, made the course really personable and relatable. I was disappointed that the course required the use of so much flipchart paper: not very environmentally friendly and seemed wasteful when a whiteboard could have very easily been used
