The training was well delivered, engaging, and highly relevant to clinical practice. The instructor explained the techniques clearly, with a strong emphasis on patient safety, communication, and using the least restrictive interventions whenever possible. The practical exercises were valuable and helped build confidence in applying the techniques safely.
So so good. Great trainer.. The skills I have learnt will be helpful in work and everyday life.. A course everyone should do. Thank you 😊
