Ben leads a brilliant style of teaching, having an open room with everyone involved to make the session as interactive as possible, also being able to make the most challenging side of the job in restraint training, positive and informative on best ways to avoid in anyway necessary but use as and when required for safety of all involved, great session and many thanks!

Ben was very engaging and involved all throughout the day. It was nice to have some interactive games to replace boring slides. Well done Ben, hope to see you next year 🙂

Jamie’s manual handling training was delivered to a very high standard. The session was informative, practical, and easy to follow, with clear explanations of both the techniques and the reasons they are essential in our work. The interactive elements were particularly valuable, giving staff the chance to practise skills safely while receiving guidance and reassurance in real time. Jamie’s approach created a confident learning atmosphere, and the team came away with a stronger understanding of safe movement, risk reduction, and how to apply the techniques effectively in day to day practice. Overall, it was an engaging and highly useful session.
