Helped me know what to do as I forgot some of the of the training

Useful to go over the techniques as this was recommended during my observation. Interesting to hear some examples of how to make the theory side of the course more engaging.

Really great refresher. Improved my warm up skills and physical skills. On theory, it’s been great to share activities between trainers.

Really good refresher. Took some good ideas away with me regarding group exercises during courses, really enjoyed the course. Kirtstie was brilliant as are all Sherwood trainers. thank you

As always, the refresher is hugely valuable. Not only was the content great, but it’s also really helpful to share feedback and ideas with other associate trainers. Kirstie is knowledgable and delivered the training in an interesting and insightful way.
