Tutor very thorough and gave detailed information - learned new things. Effectiveness of training could be improved if possibility of training in an environment with access to hospital bed and a bigger hoist for greater accuracy.

So much content. Not sure I'll retain it if I need it. I certainly can't retain in my head the fine details of every resident's DNR. Very helpful trainer, willing to answer questions.
