Very interesting refresher course, I felt it was aimed more at the care home environment and I would like to explore further areas which are not classed as First Aid or BLS.

Not entirely relevant for admin/lab based staff. Facilities were terrible, should be using healthcare or university facilities, not a community center with a massage bed.

NHSP have me doing training not relevant to my area of work.

Would like to be paid for atteniding

All information was given i do feel a practical training is needed

Not too long and interesting content

Training was ok except for a few technical issues which couldn't be helped.

trainer was good and explained well answered all questions and was a happy Chappy in his training
