Learnt about a lot today I’m impressed

It was a good training

I enjoyed the training and the high level of interactivity. The lighting caused a daylong headache.

My knowledge about the health care system is increased

Course initially booked and email to say confiirmed Later cancelled by email Then another email to say course on again Logged on and was logged in under wrong name

More facilities for equipment for the practical training

training covers all it has to, but online training for what is essentially a practical skill is never going to be totally adequate.

Was very informative Paced it well and used videos to give visuals
