Funny tutor friendly enjoyed it .

Tutor very thorough and gave detailed information - learned new things. Effectiveness of training could be improved if possibility of training in an environment with access to hospital bed and a bigger hoist for greater accuracy.

Very well put together

So much content. Not sure I'll retain it if I need it. I certainly can't retain in my head the fine details of every resident's DNR. Very helpful trainer, willing to answer questions.

i would have given 5 stars but i couldnt hear at times as my signal is not good just now but enjoyed the session. it was good to be able to read the important bits that i may have missed due to the signal.
