Really good course and would highly recommend to any of my colleagues. Felt the content was of a level that relates to all of us both before covid and presently. Thought the changing of presenters was good. Look forward to being offered to attend the more interactive course if lockdown ever finishes properly. Thanks again.

This has been an incredibly useful piece of training and I look forward to the half day face to face, I have taken away a number of actions for myself but also to recommend to others. It has been great to have the space and time to consider all of this at this time.

Will emphasise with others regarding their general wellbeing. However, will continue to ask colleagues if they are OK within their workplace or personally. Will engage more in generating & encouraging positive thoughts & attitude, Much more aware of DOSE for mine & others mental health.

The course was well presented and gave a lot of information in a very short space of time. This was understandable given the circumstances which it was presented on. The chat box whilst useful does not replicate the benefit you get from being a room with other delegates from different backgrounds. This is clearly not something which can readily be adjusted to.
