This was a very informative course. Answered a lot of questions and made my understanding of the subjects discussed much clearer. Also highlighted a lot of issues which would explain the way I personally am feeling in this current climate. Thanks to the team for a fabulous presentation and I look forward to signing up to the full unabridged course in the future.

I've really learnt a lot in this session. It was delivered well and things were clearly explained - thoroughly enjoyed it! It's going to make me think about things going forward. Excellent trainers who clearly know their stuff!!

Doing the course virtually had some limitations and hampered interaction with training provides and other attendees. A helpful course that shared helpful tips and techniques that I will encourage others to attend.

Knowledgeable facilitators Informative I will share the slides with my team I was told to print off the workbook, so would be handy to know at the start of the workshop that the slides will be shared

A very informative but also inspirational session. The Facilitator was very open and honest on her own personal struggles with Mental Health which was really helpful and made it more real. I feel more motivated to implement better everyday practices to enhance my mental health.
