Excellent course, would recommend to others. Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable and encouraged group participation very well considering the course was online. The content and pace was well delivered.

I enjoyed the course & I felt better/calmer after it. However, during the course one of the examples of 'stress causes' was: 'What if I'm asked a question I don't know the answer to?' During our introductions we were asked to recall a positive thing that had happened this week - I felt that question would be very hard & stressful for someone experiencing high anxiety levels at this time to answer. Maybe the question could be asked at the end of the course?

I found this incredibly useful - I manage a large team and I am aware that some of them have struggled with their Mental Health in the past so some really good points here - I am going to try the WAP with the whole team and will be recommending to others.
