Really useful - picked up tools to enable me to better support my team who at present are all experiencing heightened stress levels, given me ideas how better to support them.

I found the course really useful. I will definitely use the tips. It reminded me that I am already doing some of these things unconsciously so great to know that it's useful. I think Emma is an excellent facilitator, particularly as it is more difficult to deliver training virtually. I look forward to doing the course face to face when the situation improves.
