Would have liked to talk about own experiences more but maybe this would be a different session.

Response : Hi Anna You are right that there is much more opportunity for interaction and discussion in our half day Mental Health Awareness Workshop. This session that you attended is a seminar style session, which is shorter in length and therefore unfortunately, allows less time for sharing own experiences. We do hope to have the opportunity to deliver our full workshop in the future.

Manual and workbook n/a. Would have been good to have a longer session.

Response : Thank you Alex for your feedback. Regarding the manual and workbook - these are included in our half-day Mental Health Awareness workshop which we hope we might have the opportunity to run for you in the future.
