Really useful tools and tips to promote mental health and manage issues in the workplace. Thanks
Thank you- a very helpful course to attend at this point in time given the journey currently underway in each local authority.
The course was a bit 'dry', particularly at the beginning, with lots of being 'talked at', rather than supporting meaningful interaction. However, the vision is inspiring and created optimism for the future of the organization.
Very helpful to recognise in yourself how to manage your stress levels and how those come out in your behaviours. Helpful to understand how you can actively do things that will help reduce your stress at work and how you can manage this
Response: Thank you for your specific feedback Helen - we are pleased you found it so useful.
Tamsen understands the pressures in today's workplace, and she has the skills and experience to help people and organisations successfully deal with these. Ultimately a happy, engaged workforce is a productive workforce. If yours isn't, talk to Tamsen.
Good insight however would like some defined topics in greater detail - A lot to take in. Great speaker!!
An interesting course fuelling food for thought.
Response: Thank you Nigel - that's very encouraging.

Response: Thank you Lucy. We are pleased you found the content useful and can put some of the techniques into practice for yourself and others.
Great general overview for staff with no prior knowledge, also good discussion around how to deliver this support at work, especially with staff with known diagnosed mental health illness.
