Sorry that I had to switch my camera off as I had connection problems throughout. Although I missed bits of the content due to this I was still able to follow using the slides. Thank you very much it was really informative and so much to take away from this session.

Great session, only criticism is that 5 mins break is not enough to boil kettle and comfort break.

Learnt so much, definitely going to try lots , less tea, turn off tv and mobile read before bed, stretch and walk more. Found it very interesting and recognising my ex partners sleep issues and problems he had in the daytime.
