Facilitators were great, course was very concise and easy to follow. As interactive as can be over Zoom which was nice. Would be interested in the longer face to face course when available.

Really interesting training and developing skills not only in my role but for my own mental health also. In my role as a family worker, we discuss with parents 'emptying their bucket' but it will be really useful to develop this discussion around reducing what they put in their bucket in order to develop resilience.
