I found this to be very interesting and to be honest it was an eyeopener into how unintentionally I have contributed to my own and others stresses by trying to be helpful when not really understanding the causes of stress, for example. I am looking forward to reviewing the slides and asking different questions of my team to help them with workload and personal concerns better.
I completed the online course with my husband and we both found it valuable. We took away pointers that we've continued to use and it has helped us to understand how we can help each other on a day-to-day basis. Really useful, pitched just right, relevant tools that I can see myself using a lot. Good understanding of the difficulties we are facing as managers.
