Being someone who knew nothing about ITIL practices, I found it very interesting and engaging. I personally think that 5 days is short for the information, even though Josh taught it very well. Ten days might have been better to ensure the ones who are taking the course succeedResponse : Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and it will be extremely useful in continuing to improve the course in the future. It was very fast-paced for me at least. I learn through hands-on so I've been using the app moreResponse : Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your class. Your feedback will help us continue to develop and improve our courses. I suggest working with your mentor and continue taking advantage of the practice and exam prep resources available, which are also hands-on.
