While this is an AMAZING learning institution and a phenomenal course, I can't help but wonder: Why is the CCNP divided into two separate courses? It doesn't make sense. It should be a consecutive two-week course, with a single course evaluation and assessment at the end of the two weeks. Having it split into two courses for one certification exam just feels like a big interruption in the middle of two weeks worth of content! Aside from that, the CCNA course will DEFINITELY give you a leg up in preparing for your CCNA certification! Outstanding instruction from an EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional instructor!

The lessons were too long, not enough time for the instructor to properly go over the material.

If you have some skill on IT this is the place to go in for advancement.

This course was very informative, especially from a troubleshooting aspect and understanding proper troubleshooting steps given different issues.

I enjoyed the training and appreciate the written resources and templates to use in the appendices.

great and enjoyable course

An excellent course to learn many different IT topics for auditors. Thank you for generously sharing your insights, experience, document check lists, audit programs, etc. I want to review the course slides while my memory is fresh. There were some topic I was not aware of but Tom made everything easier for us to understand. Thank you.

For me the time allotted was good, But I feel for most people that don't have IT background might need a little more time to fully grasps everything.
