Very informational and educational. I feel extremely ready for ITIL Exams for Certification.

The course was excellent. It was difficult at first because it was a new concept, but John made it a lot easier to comprehend.

The course was a little confusing at first but when I started getting the handle of the class everything started working for me.

It took a while for me to learn and understand the materials but after the final review on Friday and the reviews in the mornings everyday after Monday it helped me retain most of the information I learned from the previous days.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and conveyed the information in a way that was easy to understand. Course materials were easy to access.

A lot of good information from an instructor with a great wealth of knowledge.

Great class with a very knowledgeable and engaged proctor! I hope to have him again in another class!

john is a really nice guy and goes over the material alright... but he does ramble quite a bit about his own perrsonal stories, which i dont mind normally, but when we spend a whole hour on the same slide to listen to extraneous information it gets a bit tedious

Although it was a large amount of knowledge in a short amount of time, Mr Petti did an outstanding job of making it all digestible. Not just in imparting the information, but also in explaining the rationale of the program thereby making it easier to apply what we have learned to the assessments.
