The instructor was knowledgeable, well versed, and relatable, I'm looking forward to his future instructions. He provided, in addition to the material, alternative ways to understand based off personal experience. Being new to the technical world the information was raw and for me it might have require more of an introduction to the computer world, he makes it comprehensible. Thanks Sean

I enjoyed the course but I do not like the textbook, it is very hard to understand and explained things way too in depth

the course material is written in language that is too complex and wordy where simpler explanations would suffice. Seans explanation and separate notes gave me a much wider and firmer understanding of the course objectives than the actual courseware did

I felt much better completing 1002 using CertMaster practice which I didn’t use for 1001.

The course material was difficult for me in the fact I have no life experience in management level thinking. The instructor was really great at providing the information but I had difficulties with comprehension of the concept and tying it into life use. I will just have to review and study the material on my own but the instructor has informed us we can contact him if we need assistance in the future. For me personally, it was a lot to absorb in a short period of time. I am sure for others it would be much easier to understand and it definitely is needed in the IT world.

The materials were very useful and the way the instructor used them helped lead by example.

obviously i think any course would benefit from having more time, but for what we needed to learn, i think i was able to gain the intended amount of knowledge from the course.

Would help to cut the classes to 3 days a week for more study time for those of us that work.
