Great class, wish it was longer due to the amount of information given.

I would take this course again if i had two lives. This course is wonderful in so many ways.

It was a great Course

This course contained much more content that CND and will definatly require a closer reading. Because of the volume of content it did seem a bit rushed at times.

Working full time and taking the night class leaves not time for learning activities. Increase the night class to four weeks instead of two. This will give the students that work during the day a chance to complete homework.

He did a great job in all honestly. As long as you put in the work and pay attention in class, you will do well.

I think that Certmaster Practice should be pushed more. I found it MUCH more useful than the homework assaigned.

This course was easy to understand and comprehensive. Helped me understand ITIL and its edicts and uses.
