It was a great Course

The app for the class was also very helpful.

The instructor was excellent, the material was excellent. Too much to cover for 2 weeks of class at 4 hours each class. the amount of homework was way too much for working people. Maybe if we had longer than 2 weeks.

This course should be longer than 40 hours.

This course contained much more content that CND and will definatly require a closer reading. Because of the volume of content it did seem a bit rushed at times.

great class of students!

The course itself is great, but no course is perfect without a good teacher, and KJ is incredible. Was nervous about getting back into schooling, but KJ made the entire experience much easier to adjust to and stick with.

i enjoyed the course, never a dull moment and learned way more than expected

KJ is awesome.

This course was easy to understand and comprehensive. Helped me understand ITIL and its edicts and uses.
