Once again Mr. Smith has exceeded expectations in his demonstrated ability to deliver the material to the students. He addressed know issues and introduced future concepts and applied it to the teaching materials.

Mr Smith is by far the best instructor ive had and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

KJ was a great teacher he made sure that each one of us understood the topic we where going over. I wish KJ would be able to teach all the classes I am in. Great course a lot of information in a two week time frame, with the help from KJ I feel better about the Exam and the certs for both Comptia 1001 and 1002.

Instructor went a step beyond to provide us with extra study materials, made sure that we understood each domain throughout the course.

I liked the way that Michael teaches the class. He keeps everyone engaged in the learning.

the teacher actually does this for a living and knows what he is talking about . he doesn't just blindly follow what the slides say. he will tell you if they are slightly off what would actually happen in the real world as it pertains to these classes

The course material provided by ACI Learning was very helpful which I was able to learn a lot about the course. The instructor, Mr. Boyd was very helpful providing ample materials and resources.
