More hands-on in class, and not just listening and note taking. However, the quizzes at the end of class helped tremendously, but experience over head knowledge is better. Nothing beats hands-on learning.

Overall, Jim effectively delivered a course that I will remember throughout the rest of my career. The value is created in the eyes of the customer, and there was a lot of value in this course. A+ !

Security+ was an overall very intriguing and engaging class. Ty was an excellent instructor and made every effort to ensure that we had a solid grasp of the fundamentals before moving on to new material which was very helpful with the fast pace of the course.
