Thank you Chris and ACI Learning! I feel like I have a grasp on ITIL and have all the tools necessary to study and pass the exam! Though the student does rely on the education, it's on the student to practice and retain the knowledge. ACI and Chris supplied me with the need-to-knows, and multiple resources I can use for studying.

Great class.

Make the material more interactive including more daily exercises/practice questions instead of just slides. Combine PDF questions and answers into 2 pages instead of having to go back and forth into the student portal.

This course was a joy to study. It was great to start off seeing IT from more of a business aspect. I believe this course will have a major impact on my transition into the field of IT. I look forward to what awaits me in my studies here at ACI.

Great set of classes that will give you tools needed to succeed in the profession of IT. I came in thinking I knew a thing or two but in all actuality my knowledge base was zip compared to what I've learned. I would recommend the school to friends.

The course was great overall just needs some additional tweaking.

i personally would have liked the course to be 8 - 12 or something similar so i can have time to learn, study, and take care of things around my house. having the class from 8 - 5 made it somewhat difficult to prioritize studying because i would have to push that back in order to keep up with my house family. other than that the course was a great learning experience.
