Instructor was great, SEC+ is just all over the place.

Too much material. Two many acronyms.

School needs effective student material. Student aids (Cert Master practice) and Instructor's class were effective but school material is lacking and needs updating/revision.

I am very confident in my ability to understand AND complete the rigorous program ACI offers because the instructors are simply amazing. I have learned from 3 different ones, and all are 100% amazing in communicating their knowledge to every student.

Enjoyable course, I have a much better understanding of computer functionality than before.

I've really enjoyed the classes & looked forward to class every morning. All my instructors were knowledgeable, interesting & cared about our success. As much as I enjoyed learning, being someone who is new to IT, I felt overwhelmed by the amount of content that was covered every day. In hindsight, I may have been better served not taking so many classes in such a short time period of 10 weeks.

I'm very proud I have made it this far and looking forward to my new job opportunities.
