I strongly believe that there has to be a serious reconfiguration of the structure of the study materials to make them more simply understood. In the sense that it needs to be direct with its meanings, and more centralized with its information. Over all it needs a smoother and more direct and acurate flow to the information that needs to be studied and the exams have to have a greater usefulness towards the ACE exam/

Probably would've been better with a better instructor. It was hard to stay engaged and learn the material.

Overall the course was good. Especially the parts that were geared towards the organization.

Bottom line, needs less slides with more group interaction. The slides hampered the instructors performance.

There needs to be more precise information provided to course materials.

Some questions were very vague and out dated

Overall the classes need to be spread out and more time.

Online learning is really tough in this type of environment.

There is never enough time for the evening classes there is not enough time since most students who are in evening classes have responsibilities during the day that would keep them from continuing the study and doing labs during the day. The evening classes end at 10 so there is little time to fit lab time in between other obligations.

After two weeks of the course material, I still felt underprepared and unsure of my grasp of the topics discussed in CompTIA A+ 1001. Maybe if the course were extended and were able to view the recorded class sessions for future study material it would increase the cohort's success rates.
