Great instructor! Made learning easier and fun for everyone in the class. Alex used practical examples and ways that just made it easier to learn! I wish Alexandra wasn't leaving and can stay with us to teach us Networking and Security. Alex made me more than excited to get started with my IT career and even to learn and come into class every day. The instructors were amazing and very helpful.

The labs were not helpful and they made it difficult to follow within the lesson and they did not follow of have the same information as the curriculum. Please readvise the lessons to all have one standard for completion and make it known what lessons are mandatory for completion and certification prep.

Course is very technical and acronym-oriented so a student must focus on many aspects of the terminology and processes.

I'm enjoying all of my classes so far. The instructors have been great at explaining everything and breaking it down to my level of understanding
