The course actually stressed me out to the point where I wanted to quit. 'm thankful for Mr. Randy< Mr. Carrillo and Ms. Angel W. for encouraging me to stay and push through. But, I sincerely could not sleep because I felt I was not capturing the intent or the reason of certain functions. I feel I should go through this training again because with no IT background I feel like a Plumber that is becoming an Electrician.

I enjoyed the class though it was a lot of info at once. I really thank Jerry (the educator) for making all the information easily attained and memorable.

Mr. Swick was perfect for this class.

I just like learning about IT. I am enjoying these courses. My only thing is that 4 hours of classes Mon-Friday is a lot for people that work full time and it doesn't allow for time to study. I work 7am to 4pm. Then I go to class at 6pm. That gives me only a narrow timeframe to have free time.
