great course I liked that Eugene and Eric helped us with providing extra study material that may have helped them past the Network+ exam
enjoyed this class, learned valuable insights about security and network concepts instructor very knowledgeable and helpful used personal slides to explain concepts in more detail than curriculum slides

KJ is a fantastic instructor and should be commended for his efforts and taking complex subjects and making them easy to comprehend.
Great classes overall and great people to learn from.
ACI Learning is a good school to look into. They have great programs to offer with manageable pricing. I highly recommend ACI Learning especially with KJ as an instructor!!
great course overall, it was a great refresher for someone whos been out of the IT game for a while
Course is good, Instructors are great. Just one problem that Cert Master Practice test is not correct. I'm in the course Network+ N10-008, but I could not access it. I have placed few inquiries but still has not resolved. I have requested some one call me but I have not got any call from ACI yet.
