SEC+ should be Instructor lead for at least 50 hrs. Just PPT presentations, damping information and setting the students to do half the learning on their own can be overwhelming. I doubt I can recommend ACI to any industry. My overall experience has lead me to create a memorandum for record to the DVA.

20/10 would recommend Mike as an instructor! I would give Mike a 5 star review! The school......I wouldn't recommend. The one-star review is given for the school and not the instructor.

Timing schedule is rough on me since class start at 8:00 PM up to 12:00 AM EST and past my bed time, I lose a lot sleeps. So during that last hour I feel sleepy and missed some of the pointers.

I enjoyed the course because I was able to make it relatable to my personal usage of Computer.

I love the class and the way the material is presented.

A very effective and fast IT introduction. I don't know if I have ever learned and been tested so fast for this kind of information in years.

The material provided is tremendous and if labs are regularly redone, it makes for a real word, job-ready training, as those skills are immediately applicable to situations at work. Most of the labs are in fact situations that are dealt with on a daily basis in cloud environments. In fact, I will do some of them a few times over to feel more confident and just in case showcasing is required during an interview.
