Excellent course. ITIL 4 Foundation has completely opened my eyes in the idea that IT is not just computers and the geek squad - it directly affects the success of a business and it's people. Good foundation course

I felt that the slides only gave you about 20% of the knowledge for this course. you need to be disciplined to study and learn on your own.

Good class always had a great review and it made me more motivated to understand these concepts and how they work together

Our teacher was very great. Eugene Hamric made things easy to understand, and if we didnt he went very in depth and gave great examples to help us understand. Very impressed with the whole course.
