This course was a good introduction to the IT profession. Some of the concepts were slightly difficult to grasp. The material was helpful at times, but the instructor helped to clarify issues.
Overall I enjoyed the course! I believe I have learned a lot from the course. I'm looking forward to doing the labs and reviewing the material as I prepare for the certification exam.
fast-paced course with a ton of resources. If you put in the effort, you will succeed.
I know more than I did when I first began this course, however I don't feel like I am anywhere close to being ready to take the certification exam.
I'm hopeful that this will be the device I've been looking for.
seeing how this course is for beginners, i feel that the classes either needs to be longer than the 4 hours and/or the 10 days.
Have not used the skillprotv platform or labs yet, should add a n/a button to those questions if not used yet.
I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about Network+ material HOWEVER, disappointed that information provided via slides, labs and other material is consistently not updated. When I say consistently, I mean that I had taken other courses from ACI and found the same problem. It threw me off when testing as well. That is unacceptable seeing that the cost for this program is not cheap. PLEASE FIX THIS ACI. It's only respectful and no investor (student, other) should have to come face to face with this ongoing issue. It is my one complaint. But I have no complaints about the instructors or people who work with us on campus. They are the stars here!
