The Comptia labs provided are a god send. I learn 70-85 % from the labs and it sticks. I wish Comptia would actually teach you first before throwing questions at you that you have no choice but to get wrong first beacuse you dont have the know how behind it.

Overall course was great! I would add more days and allow participants time to take certification exams. However, the course was great!

Mr. Brown taught the class in an informative, and relaxed format. He encouraged discussion, but always kept us on point, and made us look forward to the advanced classes. Solid instructor.

Think the course would be better if it was longer and in person. Consider shortening the discussions at the beginning of the course (describing the various types of vulnerabilities for example) and adding time to the vulnerability assessment section to have labs and reviews of various vulnerability reports (strengths and weaknesses as related to examinations).

good class to take generally. For managers with 5+ years exp. not for every day tech support peons.
