I would highly recommend this course for CompTIA+
The materials provided are definitely helpful, however the ACI slides need to be updated.
Exam materiel and questions need to be reviewed and audited before put in place. More subject matter inside the course materials provided. Need to be provided and actual course book in the materials either ebook or physical.
The Pro TV uses to many articulated stories to convey meanings of IT. You get lost or lose interest or sometimes don't even see the correlation. analogies don't seem to be useful most of the time anyways because it takes a meaning and tries to reflect it by creating a totally unrelated story. this could help in understanding the effect but not much when the question on the test will include key words which need to be memorized instead of concepts understood. My point is these analogies are dragged out to incredibly long durations which waste time and detract from the concept of IT. also that dude who kept saying "alright" time after time as filler word on IT Pro was irritating.

overall great course
I maybe could have used and additional week of this class. Working full-time and going to class in the evenings is overwhelming and a tough schedule to get use to. I would do my best to go home after class to study a bit, but would fall asleep. I'm not feeling 100% ready, but I will get there with self-study. Not a reflection on my instructor. He delivered the course very well. I'm just a neo-phyte to IT and needed a little more than many others in my class.
