Course seemed rushed and more self learning/taught

It was only my previous IT knowledge that got me through this course. I only pray I have the ability to request another instructor for future classes.

it would be great if there were more interaction in-class. that's for all the CompTIA classes. we need more than just lectures, we need interaction. NEED to have a better mentoring system. Everyone has work and don't have time to be in mentoring classes at 10AM in the morning on the weekdays, it makes it almost impossible to make it to a mentoring session at all.
Lots of material in this lesson that I was still unfamiliar with, the Labs sometimes lags. At first I was frustrated due to amount of materials being introduced and covered daily. It wasn't what expected. The class was lucky enough to have Mr. Toby Skandier, very experienced instructor to teach us. There were a few typos on the course slides.
The instructor was good, but the course needs more work, especially in the labs.

Next time I will read Comptia Security + by Darril Gibson before engaging this course.
ACI should have the learning materials on its website or a direct link to where ever it is. Most of the classes have two, if not three different sites you have to use and get accounts/codes for. Almost all the classes I have taken, the codes were not available until I requested them. This class I spent the first two days just trying to get access to the other sites. Taking away valuable learning time. Very frustrating. Motivation to even finish the course was slim, much less care about the test at the end.
