The worst class so far and in long time for me personally. I had no idea if i was studying the correct information, which I clearly was not. Trying to go back and review notes that couldn't keep up with or slides that were wrong quite often. Did not go over the initial test afterwards so was not sure what the correct answer should have been or why was it incorrect or correct. Missed many of the same questions on the retest because I did not know where to look for the correct answers as they were discussed in lectures and not on any reviewable materials. Makes me want to quit this career path and learning direction.

More Anecdotes for comprehension. More time to break-out and get the hands-on learning done rather than just scratch the surface.

I did enjoy it, but a lot of my time wasn't used effectively. I couldn't ask all the questions i wanted simply because there wasn't time to do it.

Don't spend too much time on one subject when the course is already a crash course then have to rush through the lessons. I have no IT background.

I appreciate the time put into creating this course but I think the CUSS program could probably be successful without it.

A lot of new information, difficult terminology sometimes make the simple objective of the ITIL much-complicated subject.

Very informative content; only because I did Core 1, Core 2, and Net+; yet for someone who was just coming in to this particular "suite," it would be confusing.

I think I have pretty much summed up my experience in this course.
