Overall I am happy with the course and ACI learning as a whole. looking forward to learning more.
Course was a bit confusing at first but once you realize that you are studying a diagram in depth and how everything is related to each other and/or contributes to another moving piece, it all becomes pretty simple.
Great course. Very beneficial not only for IT but for any business organization.
I enjoyed taking this course. Reading the eBook ahead of time was very helpful and useful to preparing for the course.
Course overall was engaging. These concepts are very helpful to understand even if not been exposed to any experience in the operational world for the IT industries.
Amazing course and Instructor (Dave), keep up the hard work TEAM!
