If the instructor didn't have to deal with outdated slides I feel the course would've been much more efficient but I still feel like the lessons were taught very well.

Rich is awesome. I think the course was slightly difficult to me because of the change in test/exercise questions. I had been using a certain study technique I chose after experiences the first test and exercises. That technique did not bode well in the face of the level of questions nearing the end of the course. ITIL is strange to me but I was able to grasp it well enough to pass. I just feel like I am more uncertain of my knowledge now then when I began but I do indeed have a better understanding of IT and the practices in which IT companies engage in.

All I can say is I wish this class was something that was offered in military education office.

I hope the certification exam isn't as eye-popping as I think it might be, but the first impression on my information technology schooling went great. Going through this course made me realize I didn't go to business school for no reason. Also, it made me realize that this is something that's meant for me and I've been looking for this whole time. I look forward to the next 4 courses.
