I found myself to be lost in most of the discussions. While the terms the teacher used were in plain English none of it made any sense. I found myself questioning my life choices many times during this course. Rich had a great personality and was not at all boring to listen to.Response : Layne, thank you for your comment. What are some things that we could do to help your experience more enjoyable.

Overall the course is spot on with the skills its teaching, but it is a lot to take in and i honestly don't think 2 weeks was enough to fully grasp everything as a whole.

More time in class, either 8hour days (less likely), or the classes takes 4 weeks each, not just two. Security+ and A+ are the two that need more time the most.

It is very difficult to study without a written book (not allow to download form CompTIA website) and computer lab is not user friendly and not the same with actual labs.

All in all, I felt that I have a better understanding of the material then I had before the course. My suggestion would be to make A+ longer so that the material isn't force fed to the first time student and the chapters aren't rushed through. I feel I will haver to re familiarizer myself with this in the future. The instructor was very knowledgeable and personable. I just wish we had more time to go over the basics of the program without having to rush so much.
