Overall, I don't have anything of value to contribute to this review because I feel that my individual experience was so badly skewed in a negative way that to provide an overall review would not be fair and impartial to the overall program.

This course left me more confused than anything. It mostly had to do with the instructor. He just doesn't teach well. Questions were difficult to ask because answers were often convoluted. I'm going to have go through the course again using other resources and videos. I'm not very excited about how it turned out. Because of the regularly confusing explanations, it was too easy to just get lost and give up and start zoning out or just try to study on your own during the lectures.

Nothing wrong with the course, it's more of the way I learned. I have a hard time learning in this environment at home on zoom. I personally need a classroom setting

course was okay, i felt like instructor was overall kind and understanding but didn't teach or go into further detail on subject, more like just read off the slides. ACI learning has some work to do, and need to get all employees on the same page regarding exam days, how long course materials would be there. didn't like how ACI told us we could have up to 6 months to complete certification exam and lied and made it the last day of class, and then said we can retake it if we fail. why? this only stresses the students out more especially if they know they are not ready to take it the last day of class.

Overall it's ok. There are probably better programs out there but with it being free with the army it is solid. 7/10. What would fix all of this would be to make the course longer so the instructors can really dive in and help each student. As well as give more time for practice and questions

Really enjoyed the class as a whole but it was tough to sit through slide shows constantly. The instructor was really helpful in getting through them but overall did not like the slides.

Stop going in and out of full screen, it messes with our computers. Pick one and stick with it.

Overall I loved the course. Again I just wish it had been longer to give more time to really grasp the material and feel easier using the technology.

Course is great for learning the basics but i wish this class had more hands on practice.
