i think it was a great course but i think lot them could been longer as it is a lot of info to take in 2 weeks

Overall the course was go and informative. As I stated before, ACI should start using the ITIL approach because it became very apparent that some of the different areas are not IN sync with each other. If we need to know the COMPTIA way since they are giving the test, at minimum, we should get that material so we can succeed and pass. of course the other material is just as important and needs to be added into the curriculum where it is available. Luckily our instructor/Professor noticed this issue early on and tried to do whatever he could to minimize the damage.

The instructor was well knowledge in every subject. also the quality hardware that he used for the Zoom call was always consistence. GREAT WORK!

I have not had time to look at labs.. because you guys compressed this so much back to back with other course.. it will take me a 2-4 weeks for each course to go over to get to certs

no time for labs because no time to get everything. you guys are just processing info in unrealistic compressed time.. Veterans need more time..now its going to take months and our own time without benefits to try to pass cert exams.. this is not how you treat veterans. spread the class out for 6 weeks for future students
