I found the course to be a very good introduction into the IT world. It wasn't something that I was expecting, and I think a course like this is a good way to get anyone started.

this is a great course but a little more effort should be put into the creation of the learning material such as the presentations. the learning recourses are great.

we need more practice tests like in itil foundations , and more breakdown for people new to IT, the instructor made up with his real world knowledge and explanations

Perfect amount of lecture, quiz questions, and class participation.

Labs are not up to date to correct instructions

This class builds on the earlier learning and the instructor provided necessary insight on what to focus on if we intend to persuing our certifications. The class was excellent.
