This was an introductory course curriculum with large portions that are already covered in the Intro to Telecommunications, Firewall, and VPN courses. In the future, the Advanced courses should be designed to address and incorporate specific FFIEC workprograms. A Network Architecture and Security course that addresses the relevant Objectives and Procedures of the new FFIEC IT Handbook - Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations - would be highly effective and very useful in performing out IT examiner job functions. An intermediate class / course that S&S examiners, who examine level B & C banks, that works step by step through the Intrex Support and Delivery module Decision Factors and exam Procedures would aid the less experienced and less technically knowledgeable S&S examiners in their IT examination duties. The other Intrex modules require less technical expertise to complete and, to me, would not be as necessary to address specifically in a course.

This course is horrible for hands on learning or for neuro-divergent learners. I did not have time to write notes during class as I was focused on the discussion. I did not fully understand the material, was too focused on memorizing rather than learning.

This course was decent, however I feel like there isn't enough time to really cover the material to adequately cover the learning objectives. Having to cover several hundred slides in a day contributes to this. There wasn't enough time to cover the modules, go over practice exams for each module AND the labs, so that the material can sink in and be memorable. I feel like I will have to devote much more than 2-3 hours of personal study time per hour of instruction to feel confident to pass the certification exam.

Course needs work. The materials/ slides provided are filled with erroneous information. Luckily the instructor was able to point them out to us. Please go through and correct the errors, provide more meaningful definitions and better graphical illustrations.

Course is great. Again, Brad Leppla did amazing teaching the material in real world explanations to help us understand and grasp the material. Wish there was more time for this course, think it would've helped give us more time to fully learn the material.

If a person is only wanting to get the information, tools, and vouchers for CND and CEH this class is for you. However, if your really wanting to be able to walk away with a good understanding on all the information and the ability to use the tools. I would avoid. Definitely not worth the money that is being required to participate. All the earlier programs like A+, Network + and Security + were really good and I would definitely recommend that portion of the training.

Focus should be passing the ITIL Certificate. Not the ACI End of Course Exam. Those exams is not why any of these students chose to take this program. The students chose this program to gain the information to pass the actual PeopleCert AXELOS ITIL Certificate Exam.
