Very informational, Ron never ceases to impart knowledge that we must know especially for future classes!
A large amount of this course is carried over from Network + so it is easier to follow, it has good information and the course is pretty easy to follow.
Course could be better overall if instructor had a better mic setup. The webcam mic really isn't ideal for a classroom. It can be hard to understand what he's saying some of the time, especially if he gets further away from it.
It was a little better this time. Still believe core 1 and core 2 will benefit from 1 more week to refresh information
The course had too little information. Not enough explanations on some of the terms and abbreviations.
The material and instruction delivery is outstanding. The only downside is that it is a LOT of information to pass in two weeks. I came into the class optimistic that I was going to learn the material fairly easily. Unfortunately, I find myself struggling with the week two material. No negatives towards the instructor, as Josh is a stellar and highly-knowledgeable individual. I may just need to search for non-compressed courses.
Instructor was absolute top notch. One of the best instructors I have ever encountered. Joshuah Brown brought both the book smart and the practice real world examples / knowledge. Wish the course was longer as it is like drinking from a firehose We need the CompTIA labs not the other 'Practice Labs' company. The practice labs are so utterly slow.
John was a great teacher of ITIL, although some of the concepts themselves seemed a little unnecessarily complicated.
This course felt much more manageable than A+ 1001. James is a great instructor who definitely knows the material.
Basic information but the instructor was great, very impressive background. Night classes are tough, online classes are tough, and together I noticed many students don't interact or have their video on, including myself. I felt bad about that. Our instructor seemed a tad disheartened. I'm not used to online classes so that was tough.
