Good recap to remind me the sense of leader and manager. Not sure the previous good tip before Covid-19 working environment still works post Covid era. (e.g. given few one comes to office there is few chance to share candies)
John was clear in his teachings and gave real live events. He engaged the class and made learning fun. The course was well structured and overall easy.
I am new to IT and and all of the ITIL 4 practices. The material was presented in a way that is understandable and engaging, however, I did not appreciate the change of instructors in the middle of the course. Mark mentioned that this was his first time teaching ITIL with ACI on the ZOOM platform and it was evident. Mark could be more aware of the Chat feature as many comments were left unacknowledged as well as the "Reactions" on the screen.
It seems easier than Net+ and Sec+, but this course didn't have extra study resources/materials like flash cards, games, etc.
I loved John and his style of teaching, he is great. I just think it should be a little bit longer so I can retain more information. it's not the school it's me it takes me a little longer to retain a lot of information quickly. but I am trying my best I love the class and the program.
A great deal of information , but manageable with the instructor.
No fault to mark it’s his first class and was just thrown into it but as far as ITIL he knew his stuff!
The class was good. Could have been more interactive. I feel there was a lot of "quiet" time the last few days of the class.
The course is fast paced, and does require a lot of outside study. I did get confused as to what labs to access from the syllabus, and did have some technical issues related to the portal, etc.
A little hard to keep up with and take notes. Instructor was extremely knowledgeable but would go off on tangents
