Stephanie was an excellent teacher and guided us through a range of information. We were given regular breaks which was useful, given the intensity of the subject matter. The teaching including a variety of resources and formats and we were encouraged to discuss in groups or pairs. The book we were able to keep and information regarding local resources for signposting was very useful.

This was a very engaging course, it provided the tools and language we need to prepare ourselves for such conversations.

It has been very useful especially to analyze my practice and improve it.

Really good course and love the examples and pace the course is run. It’s nice there is an amount of group work and the booklet is great to have and make notes. The 1 hr lunch break was a bonus too!

The course is a life time skills for an individual and the community as a whole.
